Recommend performance management decisions and key messages to senior and executive leadership audiences using expert understanding of Projects data. Build trust and cultivate relationships with department leaders and subject matter experts across the company, to optimize timely input and collaborative planning of performance updates. Partner cross-functionally with Project Execution leadership, Investment Review, Investor Relations, and Financial Reporting to ensure consistent, accurate, and aligned information is developed for CEO and public communications. Lead continuous improvement opportunities and initiatives.
