The Sr HR Systems and M&A Specialist is a critical contributor to the company’s growth strategy, serving as both a senior HR systems expert and the primary HR partner for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and integration activities. This role leads HR systems due diligence, integration planning, and execution while also owning the design, optimization, and ongoing support of the company’s HR technology ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on ADP and iCIMS. This position partners closely with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and business leaders to assess acquisition readiness, identify HR technology risks and dependencies, define target-state solutions, and ensure seamless post-close integrations. The role balances hands-on system configuration and administration with strategic advisory responsibilities to ensure scalable, compliant, and data-driven HR systems that support both organic growth and M&A-driven expansion.
