Role Summary As an HR Specialist, you will provide accurate and empathetic HR support in a digital-first environment by applying HR knowledge, defined workflows, and judgment within established guidelines. This role focuses on resolving team member inquiries through primarily digital channels while supporting the effectiveness of Target’s team member experience by identifying patterns, flagging issues, and contributing feedback to improve content, workflows, and self-service outcomes.
