As the Senior Manager, HR Shared Services, you will drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and service delivery across the enterprise. This role provides strategic oversight to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws while delivering a consistent employee experience. Partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders, you will lead process improvements, support digital adoption and employee self-service, and ensure escalated employee, manager, and HR inquiries are resolved accurately and within established service levels.
