About The Position

The Sr. Specialist is responsible for analyzing Operator Qualification trends, managing OQ program updates, maintaining comprehensive reporting and documentation, and administrative systems across multiple platforms. It also oversees major projects such as Annual PE Joining Testing, manages training vendor billing and stipends, and serves as a key liaison for Gas Operations, compliance partners, and external benchmarking groups. Additionally, the position requires strong communication skills to lead OQ-related meetings, support change management processes, and collaborate effectively across all departments and levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Analyzing Operator Qualification trends
Managing OQ program updates
Maintaining comprehensive reporting and documentation
Maintaining administrative systems across multiple platforms
Overseeing major projects such as Annual PE Joining Testing
Managing training vendor billing and stipends
Serving as a key liaison for Gas Operations, compliance partners, and external benchmarking groups
Leading OQ-related meetings
Supporting change management processes
