About The Position

As a key member of the Marketing Team, the Demand & Revenue Operations Senior Specialist will be responsible for building and operating NetCov’s measurable growth engine. This role owns the systems, structure, and analytics that connect marketing activity to revenue performance. This individual will architect lifecycle governance, oversee demand generation infrastructure, and ensure that marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue is measurable, predictable, and aligned with executive and board expectations. This is a hands-on operator role. You will own systems, data integrity, and performance accountability.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing operations, or revenue operations
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot administration and lifecycle ownership experience required
  • Experience implementing and managing ABM programs (6sense strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution models and pipeline analytics
  • Advanced Excel and/or reporting tool proficiency
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in revenue forecasting and conversion math
  • Experience working in a services-based or managed services environment preferred
  • Ability to translate complex metrics into clear executive narratives
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, evolving environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Own HubSpot lifecycle architecture (Lead → MQL → SAL → SQL → Closed Won)
  • Maintain data governance standards, lead routing logic, scoring models, and field hygiene
  • Design, execute, and optimize ABM programs targeting priority accounts and verticals
  • Manage and operationalize intent data platforms (6sense preferred)
  • Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting, vertical targeting)
  • Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards including pipeline coverage, marketing-sourced revenue, velocity, and cost per opportunity
  • Conduct funnel conversion analysis and identify structural bottlenecks across lifecycle stages
  • Build and manage lifecycle automation workflows aligned to sales processes
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to ensure MQL quality, SAL acceptance, and SQL progression
  • Forecast marketing contribution to quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Monitor campaign ROI and recommend reallocation of budget based on performance
  • Document attribution models and ensure reporting consistency for executive review
  • Identify gaps in lead scoring, routing, enrichment, and reporting processes
  • Support quarterly board reporting with clear, defensible performance metrics
