Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2+ years retail costing/pricing experience preferred
Retail Math required
SAP experience required
Strong Excel skills required
Self-starter who can work independently and can deliver projects on time
Problem solving mindset, analytical skills

Responsibilities

Guide & Collaborate: Proactively Supervise prices and drops/adds of patterns/materials through line sheets during season. Continually look for ways to improve and standardize reports and analyses ensuring valuable insights to stakeholders throughout the business.
Manage: Manage and maintain pricing tools by working closely with the Merchandising, Sales, Demand, and Product Development to improve pricing processes. Manage wholesale price changes.
Partnership: Work with development team on cost break down sheets.
Analyze: Perform ad hoc analyses as requested for costing related initiatives. Perform complex analyses manipulating large data sets to create thoughtful, robust business recommendations.
Review: Review pricing/costing by gender and category rather than by tier to ensure consistency in pricing on constructions/patterns.
