About The Position

The Central Contract Services (CCS) Senior Specialist will function as a vital member of the broader Integrated Account Management team focusing on ensuring development and execution of core contract activities such as membership and contract eligibility management, chargeback management, and data analysis. Additionally, they will seek resolution of customer inquiries and collaborate with cross functional teams to develop, implement, and execute contract strategies. The CCS Senior Specialist will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement of these core contract activities to ensure the highest level of integrity, customer service and value to internal stakeholders and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provides account management leadership to ensure development and execution of customer contract activities related to management of: Customer Eligibility
  • Membership
  • Chargebacks
  • Data validation, investigation & problem resolution
  • Audits, compliance, and SOX controls
  • Adjudicates claims in accordance with Terms and Conditions and collaborates with the Accounts Receivable team to research and resolve deductions in a timely manner in accordance with the Distribution Services Agreements.
  • Partners with cross functional internal and external stakeholders such as business teams supporting our full portfolio of contracts, Order Management Center, field support teams, Wholesalers/Distributors, GPOs and other stakeholders to provide leadership and subject matter expertise to assist with developing and implementing contracts/programs, product launches and other collaborative initiatives.
  • Develop relationships with wholesaler/distributor and stakeholders in the development and pull through of all managed care contract, price, eligibility, and chargeback activities, inquiries, and issue resolution.
  • Leads the ongoing evaluation and identification of process improvement opportunities to ensure that the Central Contract Services Team provides operational excellence and innovative solutions in the delivery and execution of all contract related responsibilities.
  • Collaborates with all key stakeholders to manage new strategies and develop SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) and WI’s (Working Instructions) as necessary and ensures staff adherence.
  • The CCS Specialist will leverage working knowledge of core contract strategies, terms and conditions as well as thought leadership to ensure the success of this center of excellence.
  • Ensures contract related management is timely and meets compliance standards.
  • Demonstrates awareness of and sensitivity by creating equitable experiences for all customers and coworkers.
  • Utilizes strengths and accepts diversity in team members, customers, or other individual stakeholders (e.g., in background or experience) to improve their own performance.
  • Manages ad-hoc projects to drive and support strategic initiatives.
  • Maintains a high level of proficiency in ModelN, My our company's Accounts and other relevant systems and applications.
