Steers end-to-end Our Brands commercialization process management. Follows processes that ensure owned brand participation is seamlessly integrated and aligned with relevant internal teams. Develop offerings and increase sales and penetration through package design, product assortment and positioning, and marketing plans. Lead the creative development and package design process in partnership with our design agency and suppliers. Ensure adherence to brand standards and reintroduction timelines. Develop assigned categories; stay abreast of category trends and market changes. Maintains knowledge of competition and applies information as necessary to grow sales and profit. Informs supplies of product demand and fluctuation throughout the product life cycle. Serves as key Our Brands product expert within the category strategy process. Understands core brand tenets and guardrails to deliver the best quality product within expected guidelines.
