The Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving all aspects of the candidate sourcing and generation process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. This involves creating and implementing complex sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools for all levels of positions. The Senior Sourcer will support between 2-3 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. This starts out as a 6-month W2 contract, virtual role. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multiple recruiters, sourcing for a variety of corporate roles in the manufacturing industry and have the ability to speak to their strategic sourcing strategies.
