The Senior Sourcer is responsible for driving all aspects of the candidate sourcing and generation process for exempt and non-exempt candidates for ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. This involves creating and implementing complex sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools for all levels of positions. The Senior Sourcer will support between 2-3 recruiters in specific functional areas and may have interaction with ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions’ clients. This is a short-term W2 contract supporting our client in the manufacturing industry. The role focuses on sourcing candidates for hourly production positions such as Machine Operators, Maintenance Technicians, Quality, Safety, and other related roles. This position is fully remote, connecting with talent across multiple time zones.
