The team empowers every customer to grow by providing tailored service, unmatched technology, and committed support, diving deep to understand unique challenges and crafting innovative solutions. The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solutions Architect team partners with customers to design and build scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures and solutions. AWS Solutions Architects collaborate with AWS Sales and other AWS teams to help address customer business challenges and accelerate the adoption of AWS services. This role helps organizations understand best practices around advanced cloud-based solutions and provides advice on strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud, driving successful business outcomes across enterprise customers through educating, training, designing, and building cloud solutions. As a trusted customer advocate, the Sr. Solutions Architect is responsible for guiding organizations in adopting advanced cloud-based solutions and migrating their workloads to the cloud, developing and implementing a strategy to build mindshare and increase adoption of AWS. The role requires effective interaction and communication with various teams at AWS, including services, marketing, and professional services, while also representing the team to executive management. Travel is mostly regional, and post-pandemic is expected to be 15-20%.
