About The Position

Digital Realty is seeking an innovative and outcome-driven individual to join our growing team as a Sr. Solutions Architect. This role will focus on supporting our clients in developing and executing AI-driven solutions that leverage public, private, and hybrid cloud environments. You will be a critical member of the Global CTO Organization, educating customers about Digital Realty’s value proposition and participating in sophisticated architectural discussions that ensure solutions are designed for optimal deployment, performance, and total cost of ownership. A strong understanding of all Digital Realty product lines and a comprehensive view of the global data center ecosystem are essential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience with a focus on cloud computing and AI applications, ideally within hosting/cloud companies or IT consulting.
• Demonstrated success in solution selling and technical support in high-tech environments, with a focus on AI and data-centric solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record in proposal development, customer presentations, and technical writing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AI model development and deployment lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with leading AI platforms and services (e.g., Google AI, AWS SageMaker, Microsoft Azure AI).
• Client-facing operations or technical sales experience, particularly in high-tech industries.

Responsibilities

• AI & Cloud Computing: - Deep understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and models, with experience in their application within cloud environments.
• - Expertise in deploying AI solutions on public, private, and hybrid cloud platforms, focusing on infrastructure optimization for machine learning and data processing.
• - Experience in cloud orchestration and automation tools, emphasizing AI integration (e.g., Kubernetes, TensorFlow, Pytorch).
• - Understanding of data management techniques and AI ethics, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices.
• Enterprise Architecture: - Strong background in designing scalable architectures for data-driven applications, including data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time analytics.
• - Proven ability to conceptualize and communicate complex AI solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, tailoring content according to the audience's expertise.
• - Familiarity with DevOps practices in AI deployment, including CI/CD pipelines and model versioning, to enhance collaboration across teams.
• Solution Selling and Technical Consultation: - Ability to translate customer business needs into specific AI technical requirements and advocate for data-driven solutions that improve operational efficiencies and business outcomes.
• - Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for AI architecture enhancements and service delivery improvements.
• - Collaborate with clients to facilitate workshops that gather insights into their current architecture and identify gaps for potential AI solutions.
• - Develop cost models that highlight ROI and total cost of ownership, guiding clients in their investment decisions related to AI.
• Leadership & Mentorship: - Serve as a technical advisor and mentor to Digital Realty’s sales team, sharing insights on AI technologies and digital transformation strategies.
• - Foster an understanding of AI trends and their implications for customer success within the sales organization and beyond.
