About The Position

The Senior Solutions Architect is a strategic technical leader responsible for shaping complex, high-impact technology solutions that drive customer success. This role operates at the intersection of business and technology, engaging with senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and architect solutions that deliver measurable value. The Senior Solutions Architect leads major pre-sales engagements, mentors junior team members, and contributes to the evolution of the solutions practice through thought leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Solution design across relevant technology areas - Expert
  • Awareness of solution architecture capabilities within other technology areas - Intermediate
  • Technical pre-sales engagement and value articulation - Expert
  • Executive-level technical engagement and value articulation - Expert
  • Familiarity with industry-standard platforms, tools, and methodologies - Advanced
  • Holds advanced or specialist-level certifications within relevant technology areas.
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting role.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites, partner events, and internal meetings as required.
  • Ability to lead multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously.
  • Commitment to following the five PPSS Pillars. (Internal reference)

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex discovery and solution design engagements across multiple technology areas.
  • Engage with senior customer stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, CTOs) to understand strategic goals and align solutions accordingly.
  • Architect and present high-value, scalable, and secure solutions that address business and technical challenges.
  • Own the technical strategy for key accounts and contribute to long-term account planning.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful handover.
  • Develop and review proposals, SoWs, and business cases for large or strategic opportunities.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to junior and mid-level pre-sales team members.
  • Contribute to the development of internal frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Represent the organisation in partner and industry forums as a subject matter expert.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies to inform solution strategy and innovation
