About The Position

This Solution Architect holds primary accountability for SAP Quality Management processes within the Plan-to-Make workstream in alignment with company policies and procedures. Plan to Produce collaborates with Quality and Operations functions to define and deliver D&T-enabled business solutions. This role will help define support strategy, strategic direction, determine business needs, and provide best-in-class solutions for quality, and integration to LIMS/MES systems.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years of experience in the following:
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP system functionality, especially SAP QM.
  • Experience in SAP Quality Management configurations, Quality Planning, Inspections, Notifications, Batch Management, Traceability, and Recalls.
  • At least 2 end-to-end implementations of SAP ERP, with experience on the latest ERP release.
  • Ability to manage a team and drive delivery with local and global teams.
  • Experience in integration with LIMS and MES Systems.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to drive projects to closure.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharma experience is a plus.
  • Integration knowledge with external systems.
  • Agile & Scrum Certification is preferred.
  • ITI certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with business and subject matter experts to understand requirements.
  • Understand current setups and design of the system.
  • Configure and develop requirements based on design, ensuring scalable solutions.
  • Assist team members and ensure project progress.
  • Run PRE UAT, UAT, and prepare training documentation, providing onsite training.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and Warehouse to define business requirements for D&T enablement.
  • Define strategic direction and design technical Supply Chain Management solutions.
  • Manage support tickets, master data definition, and release management.
  • Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements.
  • Create and maintain project charters and plans, capital requests, budgeting, and project management.
  • Provide system support and maintenance in alignment with standards and processes.
  • Create and maintain system lifecycle documents, including SOPs, SOIs, and Job Aids.
  • Participate in the Change Control process.
  • Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance.
  • Support and contribute to Lean Sigma programs and activities.
