About The Position

Working in the Voice Platform team to help deliver best in class voice and IVR experiences for Customers. Delivers complete solutions spanning all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (design, implementation, testing, delivery and operations), based on definitions from more senior roles. Advises immediate management on project-level issues Guides junior engineers Operates with little day-to-day supervision, making technical decisions based on knowledge of internal conventions and industry best practices Applies knowledge of technical best practices in making decisions Job Duties: Design, build, test, release, monitor and provide live support for complex multi-tiered software technical features based on user requirements. Work with scrum teams and product managers using agile methodologies to deliver high quality software solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate effectively with peer application teams and architecture team to solve complex technical problems spanning their respective areas. Provide technical expertise to the cross-functional team in resolving technical software issues. Work constantly on improvising the existing functionalities of the software systems and solutions. Responsible for developing conversational flows, implementing NLP-driven customer interactions, and ensuring seamless integration between voice systems and backend services. 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Backend Engineering JAVA, Springboot, Spring Webflux
  • IVR & Voice technical acumen
  • Frontend development : NodeJs, JavaScript and TypeScript, React.js, Cypress, Playwright.
  • Software Architecture - Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Python programming.
  • Machine Learning / Natural Language Processing Experience with open-source frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LangFlow
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, chaining, memory, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), MCP and observability in LLM-based applications.
  • Experience in IVR Development with expertise in building and optimizing voice-based applications.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and integrating IVR solutions using Google Dialogflow, voice recognition technologies, and telephony APIs
  • Strong knowledge of speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice UX design principles.
