About The Position

Essential Job Functions Serve as a technical authority across CWW, influencing architecture and engineering standards beyond the immediate team. Lead the design and delivery of highly interactive, greenfield logistics applications using cutting-edge technologies. Own and evolve the application architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with enterprise-wide goals. Define and champion development standards, best practices, and patterns across cross-functional and cross-divisional engineering efforts. Collaborate with engineering teams across divisions to drive consistency in integration patterns, system design, and solution delivery. Partner closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to shape and prioritize the product roadmap from a technical perspective. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and architectural review sessions — serving as a key voice in technical decision-making. Write and review unit tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests; promote a Test Driven Development culture across teams. Implement new features and resolve defects across the full stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC, C#, F#, and Microsoft SQL Server. Identify and mitigate technical risk across projects through proactive architecture reviews and cross-team collaboration. Requirements

  • Deep expertise in web UI development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React
  • Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and C# / F#
  • Microsoft SQL Server — data modeling, query optimization, and integration
  • Demonstrated ability to lead architecture discussions and drive technical decisions across teams
