As Sr. Software Developer III (Salesforce) , you’ll architect, build, and maintain secure, scalable Salesforce solutions in a regulated, enterprise environment. Senior Salesforce Developers are expected to provide hands on technical leadership, deliver high complexity solutions, and guide development standards—aligning with industry expectations for senior-level Salesforce engineering roles. They play a critical role in designing system architecture, implementing integrations, and resolving complex technical challenges across the Salesforce ecosystem. Requirements

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Masters degree and 10 years of Salesforce development experience, OR Bachelors degree and 12+ years of Salesforce Development experience
  • Extensive Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and enterprise-level integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and development best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to design scalable, maintainable system architectures and lead technical execution.
  • Experience mentoring developers and leading technical teams.
  • Proficiency with version control and CI/CD concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hands‑on Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative capabilities.
  • Architect scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and platform events.
  • Design and implement data models, security architecture, and role-based access controls.
  • Define and enforce development standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD approaches.
  • Troubleshoot advanced performance, integration, and production issues across all environments.
  • Lead technical discussions in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Make architectural and technical decisions, weighing trade-offs and providing recommendations to leadership.
  • Support release planning, deployment coordination, and environment management
  • Maintain technical documentation and support audit and compliance efforts.
