About The Position

Founded in 2017, TripArc is a $750 million privately held company that powers top Travel Agencies and Tour Operators in North America. Their network provides seamless access to a comprehensive range of global travel options and services, handling over $750 million in transactions annually at industry-best rates. TripArc is a leader in technology, purchasing, finance, HR, and marketing, delivering effective solutions to travel professionals. With experience partnering with luxury travel brands like Kensington Tours and Travel Edge, TripArc understands the needs of tour operators and travel agencies. Their goal is to make their network of over 1400 travel entities more profitable, efficient, and capable of creating unique travel experiences for clients. This role is for a full-stack development team with a backend lean, focusing on TripArc's ADX platform, the daily booking tool for thousands of North American travel advisors. The team ensures the existing platform is faster, more reliable, and responsive, with varied work including payment flows, service upgrades, and performance improvements. Developers are expected to investigate problems, propose solutions, scope their own work with Product and QA, and ship code that directly impacts advisors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years with C# / .NET Core — you've built production microservices and know how to make them operationally sound
  • SQL Server fluency: complex queries, stored procedures, schema navigation in a system built over the years
  • Angular experience — enough to build and modify advisor-facing components confidently
  • RESTful API design and consumption; Entity Framework or similar ORMs
  • Azure Service Bus or equivalent messaging experience
  • Comfort working in a mature, high-volume platform where correctness is non-negotiable
  • Use AI development tools — Copilot, Claude, etc. — as standard workflow, not novelty

Nice To Haves

  • MongoDB, Docker/Kubernetes, Azure Pipelines, NServiceBus

Responsibilities

  • Advisor-facing feature enhancements across existing ADX — payment workflows, service configuration, quoting, and booking improvements
  • Backend service work: .NET Core microservices, SQL Server queries and stored procedures, Azure Service Bus integrations
  • Frontend contributions: Angular components and workflows within the existing ADX MFE shell
  • Platform reliability and supportability — fixing what's brittle, documenting what's unclear, improving what slows the team down
  • Cross-platform integrations: working across ADX, TSP, and connected services to deliver features that span the stack
  • Sprint-based delivery with direct input on scope and estimates — you'll help define what's buildable, not just execute what's handed to you
