Sr. Software Architect / Salesforce Senior Developer
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Software Architect/Salesforce Senior Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce Senior Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to translate complex business needs into secure, high-performing Salesforce applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams to modernize CRM capabilities and support mission-critical operations, particularly in regulated and utilities-focused environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Advanced proficiency in: Salesforce Apps, Visualforce, REST & SOAP APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and governor limits
- Experience with Agile application development environments
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (git, Copado, etc)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification preferred
- Salesforce platform & Development

- 3+ years of experience with API/REST web services and data sources

Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and create detailed system and process flows
- Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce solutions and enhancements
- Architect and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems
- Translate business requirements into technical and architectural solutions
- Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
- Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and user guides
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data quality monitoring processes
- Perform system audits, support upgrades, and ensure platform stability
- Manage Salesforce data feeds and third-party integrations
- Provide technical guidance, user support, and training as needed
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for testing and CI/CD deployments
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend continuous improvements
