About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Architect/Salesforce Senior Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce Senior Developer to lead the design and implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural judgment, and the ability to translate complex business needs into secure, high-performing Salesforce applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams to modernize CRM capabilities and support mission-critical operations, particularly in regulated and utilities-focused environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Advanced proficiency in: Salesforce Apps, Visualforce, REST & SOAP APIs
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and governor limits
  • Experience with Agile application development environments
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (git, Copado, etc)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification preferred
  • Salesforce platform & Development

  • Salesforce DevOps
  • Agile Application Development
  • 3+ years of experience with API/REST web services and data sources

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and create detailed system and process flows
  • Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce solutions and enhancements
  • Architect and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems
  • Translate business requirements into technical and architectural solutions
  • Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and user guides
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and data quality monitoring processes
  • Perform system audits, support upgrades, and ensure platform stability
  • Manage Salesforce data feeds and third-party integrations
  • Provide technical guidance, user support, and training as needed
  • Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for testing and CI/CD deployments
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend continuous improvements
