CNO Financial Group is hiring a Senior Social Media Marketing Analyst to be responsible for monitoring and responding to activity on social and web platforms to support the Consumer & Worksite business functions at CNO. This role supports day-to-day community engagement; manages content creation; analyzes trends related to CNO’s digital brand presence; and contributes recommendations to further brand engagement across CNO’s portfolio of brands. The Sr Social Media Marketing Analyst also supports brand integrity and risk management by moderating conversations, handling escalations, and partnering with internal teams to address compliance, reputational, and customer related issues. This role collaborates cross functionally to plan and execute social, marketing, and public relations initiatives while ensuring consistent brand voice and audience appropriate messaging. Through ongoing performance monitoring and insight sharing, the role helps optimize content strategy, community experience, and overall digital engagement effectiveness.
