OverviewCrocs is seeking a proactive and meticulous Sr. Social Commerce Specialist - EMEA to support the continued growth of our Social Commerce channel across the region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Commerce, this role will serve as a key operator within the Global Social Commerce team, driving day-to-day business execution, creator and livestream activation, fulfillment optimization, and performance reporting. The Senior Specialist will play a meaningful role in accelerating revenue growth while strengthening operational rigor, platform alignment, and expansion across UK and EU markets. The ideal candidate combines commercial savvy, platform proficiency, analytical rigor, and deep familiarity with social selling dynamics, along with strong cross-functional coordination skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
