You’re encouraged to break it and create something better.  OverviewCrocs is seeking a proactive and meticulous Sr. Social Commerce Specialist - EMEA to support the continued growth of our Social Commerce channel across the region. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Social Commerce, this role will serve as a key operator within the Global Social Commerce team, driving day-to-day business execution, creator and livestream activation, fulfillment optimization, and performance reporting. The Senior Specialist will play a meaningful role in accelerating revenue growth while strengthening operational rigor, platform alignment, and expansion across UK and EU markets. The ideal candidate combines commercial savvy, platform proficiency, analytical rigor, and deep familiarity with social selling dynamics, along with strong cross-functional coordination skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social commerce, eCommerce, marketplace, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of social selling, creator ecosystems, and livestream commerce.
  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, operations, and platform partners.
  • Analytical approach with ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for testing new formats that drive incremental revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with third-party vendors and creator partners to optimize performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, implementing testing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop clear reports to highlight campaign findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Partner with internal teams (Brand Marketing, Influencer, Integrated Marketing) to ensure consistency across consumer touchpoints.
  • Support campaign and promotional execution across key regional moments, ensuring alignment between stock, pricing, creators, and paid media.
  • Help scale affiliate, creator, and livestream activation to drive sales-driving content and social selling conversion.
  • Stay current on social commerce platform trends, tools, and procedures.
  • Run multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and calling out risks when needed.
