What You’ll Do Manage requests through the Media Request System from multiple science departments. Prepare buffers and media (from <1L to 2000L) Review batch records through the Media Request System for data integrity. Forecast and maintain chemical and consumable inventory. Perform equipment standardizations, calibrations and preventive maintenance. Perform glasswash and autoclaving of laboratory equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep lab. Collaborate with the Supervisor and or Leads to address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions. Maintain a Safety first Culture. Participate in safety initiatives (Haz IDs, JDIs, incident reporting). Suggest and implement process improvements. Support onboarding and training new team members. Perform other tasks within the statement of work. What We’re Looking For Experience: High School diploma required; college degree preferred. 2+ years of laboratory experience preferred. Customer service experience is a plus Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work independently. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work in varied environments (cold rooms, hazardous materials, PPE required). Ability to work overtime as needed. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Requirements

  • High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of laboratory experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience is a plus
