Requirements

  • An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field is preferred; Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • 7–10+ years in software development or operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, Helm, Docker, Cilium, Rook, Ceph, MinIO, S3, PortWorx, load balancing, Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell, scripting, monitoring, automation, and incident response.
  • Possess a DoD 8140 DCWF Role of 451 – System Administrator with certifications such as Cloud+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP.
  • Ability to contribute immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain mission-critical application workloads on virtualized or containerized environments (e.g. VMWare or Kubernetes), ensuring scalability, availability, scalability, and compliance with government requirements.
  • Develop and sustain automated CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and configuration management workflows to support reliable software delivery and operational observability across development, integration, staging, and production environments.
  • Provision, configure, and maintain developer environments and toolchains to support robust rapid, secure, and efficient development work flows, enabling mission-aligned software delivery.
  • Identify developer friction across the SDLC and identify solutions to reduce that friction to provide developer-first environments.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence with your knowledge and skills, and use your creativity to provide innovative solutions that fit the customer’s needs.
