Tesla’s low voltage hardware group is seeking a Senior Signal and Power Integrity Engineer to contribute to cutting-edge hardware solutions, enhancing the infotainment, camera, sensors, and cable assemblies experiences in next-generation Tesla vehicles and Optimus Robot. Develop and implement corporate signal integrity standards and guidelines, defining best practices for signal integrity design, analysis, and testing Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and Layout Engineers to ensure signal integrity is considered in the physical design of circuit boards Work closely with other engineering teams (EMC, harness, Test, and thermal engineering) to integrate signal integrity throughout the product development process Utilize programming languages to automate tasks, including simulation tools and oscilloscope/VNA/thermal chamber instrumentation Review PCB schematic and layout for signal integrity compliance Perform signal integrity simulations to identify and resolve potential problems and conducting measurements for validation/correlation Debug signal integrity problems in prototypes and production boards
