About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. Lead and coordinate daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Oversee and optimize the cement bagging operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate shipping documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to resolve logistical challenges. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shipping performance.
