Sr. Services Manager - Services Project Management Driving complex service projects to successful, customer‑focused outcomes. Fuel your passion The Sr. Service Manger will be responsible for Project Management/ Planning/ Coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfil a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions. Develops the year plan for of the larger unit. As a Sr. Services Manager, you will be responsible for: All the activities related to the supervision, organization and execution of a service project, including scope, time, contract (if not covered by a dedicated Contract Manager) cost & quality management. Responsibility for project methodologies and standards including scheduling and control, to fulfil a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction. Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes. Handling complex medium term project processes. Department must define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs. Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Managing multiple projects in parallel. To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Services Project Management. Have a strong oral and written communication skills. Have a strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Have an ability to analyze and resolve problems & Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Have an ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Services Project Management.
