Our challenge We are seeking a dedicated Servicenow Developer specialized in ServiceNow SPM to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in researching, developing, focusing on streamlining service management and portfolio activities. This role requires expertise in pattern development, incident resolution, and working with diverse environments including Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure.

Requirements

Proven experience in ServiceNow Development, specifically within SPM contexts.
Strong OS expertise in Windows and Linux environments.
Proficiency in Regular Expressions (Regex) for pattern matching and data extraction.
Knowledge of Cloud Concepts, including GCP and Azure.
Active ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping and Service Portfolio Management.
Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash).
Exposure to hybrid cloud environments and integrations.
Prior experience working within an IT service management (ITSM) or ITIL framework.

Responsibilities

Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow within the SPM scope.
Develop, update, and optimize and support ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management activities.
Handle incidents workflows, ensuring timely resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate Service Mapping.
Maintain detailed documentation , procedures, and solutions.
Stay updated with best practices and new features related to ServiceNow and SPM.
Implement pattern improvements to enhance data accuracy.
