Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification such as PMI-ACP or SAFe Scrum Master
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills with proven ability to coach and mentor team members
Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working with development teams

Nice To Haves

Experience in financial services or financial markets technology environments
Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus
Background in software development or technical project management with an understanding of DevOps practices

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure team productivity and continuous improvement
Coach development teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices while removing impediments that block team progress
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clear requirements and acceptance criteria
Present sprint progress, metrics, and team performance to stakeholders and senior leadership
Drive process improvements and innovation in Agile practices to enhance team efficiency and delivery quality
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning within cross-functional teams
