About The Position

As Sr. Scrum Master I, you'll serve as the servant‑leader and coach for multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Facilitate PI Planning and execution, manage cross‑team dependencies, optimize flow, and elevate impediments-ensuring reliable, value‑centric delivery in a classified, multi‑enclave environment. Work with team of software, AI/ML, database, cybersecurity engineers as well as additional supporting skillsets for a wide-ranging mission focused on building, enhancing, maintaining, and modernizing a large collection of C5ISR-based analytic programs. The program has a strong focus on identifying and developing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that responsively meet quickly evolving warfighter needs. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 5+ years implementing SAFe at program/portfolio scale; proven Agile Release Train facilitation.
  • SAFe RTE or SAFe SPC certification (required).
  • Experience orchestrating delivery across cloud, data, and platform teams.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of building a new culture of following SAFe Agile practices where it is a relatively new practice.
  • Contribute to developing and executing a transition plan to migrate from traditional workflows to SAFe.
  • Plan and facilitate PI events; manage program board, risks/ROAM, and predictability metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a SAFe implementation roadmap that includes metrics and reporting.
  • Coach Scrum Masters/POs; standardize flow, WIP policies, and inspect‑and‑adapt outcomes.
  • Partner with PM/Chief Engineer on objectives and value realization; steward continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with security/compliance on delivery controls and traceability.
