Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or 5-8 years of relevant developer experience
  • 4-5 years of experience in developing high performance and highly scalable Salesforce applications in an agile environment
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban and other agile development frameworks
  • Proven experience managing design and delivery of medium to high complexity products
  • Sound knowledge of emerging web and mobile technologies - Enterprise cloud/SaaS platforms especially CRM/Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of development of web technologies, primarily in Salesforce Development of Flows, Apex class, Lightning Web components, Visualforce, Einstein Chatbot, APIs and integrations
  • Designing and developing high-quality, informative, and visually compelling dashboards for the Salesforce CRM platform, focusing on sales operations and support users
  • Collaborating with cross functional engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, alignment with team standards and practices, and selection of appropriate types of graphics and visual representations to simplify complex datasets
  • Strong knowledge of version control, DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge on relational databases such as Oracle, No SQL, Aurora, Postgres
  • Strong mentoring and lead skills to lead and guide Software Engineers technically and functionally
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross teams to delivery high quality solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with an ability to maintain an analytical perspective during a crisis and supports crisis resolution
  • Extensive experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of Salesforce hands-on development experience, preferably in both Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • CRM Analytics Experience is highly preferred
  • Customize and optimize key Service Cloud features, such as Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge Articles, Flows and Omni-Channel routing.
  • Strong Salesforce Lightning knowledge/experience and understanding of constraints of the platform
  • Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I, Consultant (Sales and/ or Service)
  • Salesforce certifications as related to the Service Cloud role and Development

Responsibilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Flows, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura) components, and Lightning web components
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Conduct code/Configuration reviews and enforce Salesforce development standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues within Salesforce environments (production bugs) and provide resolution in a timely manner.
  • Document technical solutions, processes, and troubleshooting steps for internal reference.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices
  • Transform functional requirements into high-quality Salesforce solutions
  • Proven ability to design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align Salesforce solutions with overall business objectives
  • Researches and analyzes industry trends and benchmarking information as they apply to Salesforce platform
  • A track record of successful Salesforce project implementations and a portfolio of completed projects
  • A track record of successful CRMA implementations
  • Participates actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives to drive team alignment on vision and value delivery
  • Identifies risks and their potential outcomes and proposes possible solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Presents results and/or demos with appropriate complexity for different audiences.
