The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst is a critical contributor to the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives within complex, enterprise-level environments, with a focus on Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS). Acting as the bridge between business and technical teams, you will translate organizational needs into actionable system capabilities, ensuring alignment with best practices in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions while driving process improvements, compliance, and user adoption. As a Senior BA, you will lead requirements workshops, create detailed documentation, and collaborate with architects, developers, testers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. You will take ownership of implementation activities, from demos and user acceptance testing (UAT) to training and change management, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
