Responsibilities

  • Customization and Configuration: Be a hands on architect customizing and configuring Salesforce applications and integrations to meet specific business needs as needed.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for integration, data security, and development lifecycle (DevOps)
  • Agentic Architecture: Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce and Einstein solutions that don't just automate tasks, but autonomously solve customer and employee problems.
  • Data Readiness for AI: Ensure the underlying data architecture is "AI-ready" by enforcing strict data hygiene, grounding strategies, and ethical data usage standards.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between business units and the technical team, ensuring that "what was asked for" solves "what was needed"
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, including Solution design, architecture diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.
