Role Summary Are you a high-performing sales professional with a passion for healthcare innovation and technology? AdvancedMD is looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales District Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth by selling our comprehensive suite of cloud-based solutions to independent medical practices and outpatient healthcare providers. As a Senior Sales District Manager, you’ll leverage your SaaS sales expertise and knowledge of the healthcare industry to build strong client relationships, deliver strategic solutions, and close high-value deals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and an exceptional customer experience from first contact to contract signing. Requirements

  • B2B sales experience, some experience in SaaS or healthcare IT a plus
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Strong understanding of medical practice workflows and revenue cycle management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling EHR, PM, or RCM solutions
  • Prior exposure to the ambulatory care or independent practice space
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and lead qualification to product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of medical practices and deliver tailored solutions from our EHR, practice management, RCM, patient engagement, and telehealth platforms.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing and inside sales (SDRs) to generate, qualify, and nurture a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct persuasive, value-driven virtual demos and presentations to physicians, office managers, and decision-makers.
  • Pipeline Management: Accurately forecast and manage opportunities using Salesforce CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with implementation, support, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on healthcare technology trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to better position AdvancedMD solutions.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas in a high-activity environment.
