About The Position
The Opportunity We are seeking proven Enterprise Sales Professionals who thrive on landing major accounts, building strategic shipper relationships, and generating high-margin revenue. This role focuses on prospecting, closing enterprise shippers, and building a large book of business. Location: Urbandale, IA – Hiring local in office and Remote (U.S Based)
Requirements
- 5+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
- Proven track record selling to mid-market and enterprise shippers
- Demonstrated success generating new revenue through prospecting and closing
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of freight markets, pricing, and capacity dynamics
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
