As Sr. Sales Operations Manager, you won't just lead operations - you'll build the future of how Amazon enters one of the world's largest industries. As the team leader, you will be the operational innovator who empowers our Business Development, Onboarding, and Seller Success teams to focus on what they do best - building relationships, acquiring customers, and driving seller success - while you eliminate the operational burden that slows them down. Requirements

  • 7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations

  • Anticipate and eliminate friction before it becomes a bottleneck - you'll see around corners, identifying where deals stall and designing elegant solutions that keep momentum flowing
  • Translate complexity into clarity by building decision frameworks and operating models that bring structure to fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Drive transformational change that sticks - leading adoption initiatives with the perfect balance of data-driven rigor and customer-obsessed empathy
  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization, bringing both strategic vision and execution excellence to every conversation
