About The Position

Token is building the future of biometric identity and secure authentication. As stolen credentials and social engineering become the dominant attack vector worldwide, biometric identity is rapidly becoming required across regulated industries, enterprises, and critical infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to lead Engineering at the exact moment the market inflects.

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between our innovative biometric hardware and our customers’ complex security infrastructure

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pre sales engineering, solutions architecture, or security consulting within cybersecurity or identity.
• Deep understanding of FIDO2, WebAuthn, SAML, OIDC, Zero Trust frameworks, and how modern attackers exploit legacy authentication.
• Comfortable leading whiteboard sessions with security engineers and pivoting to ROI and risk reduction discussions with executive leadership.
• Thrives in early-stage environments and can operate without rigid process.
• Able to articulate architectural differentiation between legacy MFA, passkeys, hardware security keys, and Assured Identity.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with biometric hardware, secure elements, smart cards, identity governance, or endpoint security is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced technical discovery with enterprise and upper mid-market customers focused on IAM, Zero Trust, and authentication modernization.
• Architect full Assured Identity deployment strategies integrating with (or at times replacing) Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SSO providers, VPN platforms, and endpoint environments.
• Design and execute proof of value trials across multiple device formats including wearable biometric authenticators and portable hardware tokens, alongside Token’s companion SaaS management platform.
• Explain in precise technical terms how phishing relays, origin spoofing, MFA fatigue, and credential replay attacks work and why Assured Identity eliminates them.
• Position Token as the category leader in Assured Identity, not as another MFA vendor.
• Translate field requirements into actionable input for firmware, hardware, and SaaS product teams.
• Represent Token in executive briefings, technical architecture reviews, industry events, and webinars as subject matter authority on phishing resistant authentication.
• Support RFPs and security architecture deep dives with clarity and conviction.
