Senior SDRs at Ceros are high-performing outbound sellers who blend grit, creativity, and AI-powered tools to build pipeline at scale. Having mastered the core skills of the Outbound SDR role, you are now ready to operate at the intersection of human strategy and machine efficiency. Functionally, you are given full autonomy to drive opportunities within your pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting. While you will spend a significant portion of your day on high-value human tasks like strategic cold calling, you will be supported by a tech stack that automates repetitive tasks. You will be responsible for managing AI agents - helping to build, test, and refine their outputs - while sharing fresh insights to help the team evolve. You aren't just using ChatGPT to "fix your grammar"; you are a curious architect of AI workflows, comfortable oscillating between 5-6 different AI-driven platforms to amplify your output. Success in this role means exceeding targets through a blend of grit and technological sophistication. Your role will work closely with New Business Directors to help them close and win business on a set of industry-specific target accounts. While you are responsible for the top of funnel pipeline sourcing, your NBD will focus on running calls and closing deals. This role is designed for those who have the ambition to progress into Sales, Customer Success, or Strategic Accounts within 12-24 months by demonstrating they can lead in the new era of AI-integrated sales. This is a fully outbound SDR role.
