Uber Freight is seeking an experienced Sr Sales Compensation Analyst to join our growing Total Rewards team. Our priority is to help our customer-facing teams sell more effectively and efficiently through data, analytics, and process improvement. T his role will partner closely with Sales Compensation leadership, Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to ensure accurate and strategic administration of sales incentive plans. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
