We’re looking for a Sr Sales Analyst who thrives turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that fuel smarter decisions and profitable growth. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on analytics and offers strong visibility across the organization. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly while owning the behind-the-scenes execution that fuels exceptional retailer partnerships. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in a sales analytics, sales operations, or commercial support role ideally within the CPG, Retail or Food Industry
  • Experience working with syndicated data tools, and customer-facing portals, BEX experience a plus
  • Previous experience turning complex data into clear business narratives
  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint and MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • 5–7 years of experience in sales analytics, category management, or commercial strategy in the CPG industry
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) a plus
  • Strong experience working with syndicated data platforms (e.g., Nielsen, IRI), SAP, Telus, and customer retail portals.
  • Proven ability to translate large datasets into business narratives that influence customer and internal decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional data accuracy, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience creating and presenting to cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively solve complex business challenges
  • A team player with leadership potential and a track record of mentoring or guiding peers
  • Deep understanding of the CPG landscape, including retail dynamics, customer expectations, and promotional strategy

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve sales dashboards and performance reporting that drive action.
  • Identify growth opportunities, risks, and performance trends across customers and categories.
  • Partner with Revenue Growth and Category teams to evaluate pricing, promotions, and profitability.
  • Translate data into compelling, customer-ready sales stories and materials.
  • Improve data accuracy, workflows, and reporting processes through continuous improvement and automation.
  • Support key commercial initiatives such as new product launches, pricing changes, and annual planning.
  • Use internal (e.g., BEX, SAP) and external data sources like (e.g. Stratum, Market6, and Circana) to provide inputs that inform business planning and execution.
  • Drive continuous process improvement—helping streamline workflows, improve reporting templates, and reduce challenges for customer execution.
  • Maintains a pulse on market trends, shopper behavior, and competitive activity to support proactive recommendations.

  • The base salary range for this position is $66,375 - $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance.
