Our In House Temporary - Senior RPO Recruiter is accountable for: Full cycle recruiting for KellyOCG clients. Recruiting for high volume Manufacturing and Production openings. Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process. Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully. Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision.
Requirements
- Must have recruiting experience supporting the Manufacturing and Production business function.
- Experience with and ability to find and attract passive talent.
- Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems and proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and/or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.

- RPO experience is a plus
