Experienced In-House Full Cycle Recruiter Role Overview As an In-House Recruiter at Empire Home Remodeling, you will be a driving force behind the growth and strength of our organization.   • Screening and Interviewing : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a thorough evaluation process.
  • Managing Candidate Relationships : Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to enhance their experience.
  • Onboarding New Hires: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed in their roles.
  • Tracking Recruitment Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  • Building Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future openings, ensuring a proactive approach to recruitment.
