About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to support complex initiatives focused on routing and scheduling systems optimization. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, simulating, and helping implement solutions that align with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in process analysis and re-engineering, along with the ability to evaluate business systems and recommend effective improvements. As a key contributor to operational excellence, you will identify challenges and opportunities within current and future business environments, support process improvement efforts, and help drive enhancements in quality and efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or project management (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Proven experience in project management, change management, and business process analysis
  • 3–5 years of experience in Routing and Scheduling
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement principles and methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and business process analysis skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and systems design
  • Ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Strong business and financial acumen

  • MBA, Lean, Six Sigma, or Quality certification with recent hands-on application

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing workflows and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness
  • Enhance routing and scheduling algorithms to improve route optimization and overall operational performance
  • Partner with leadership to standardize operational processes and develop scalable workflows
  • Research industry best practices to establish benchmarks and guide strategic planning
  • Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights for process enhancement
  • Conduct root cause analyses and performance reviews to recommend and implement process control improvements
  • Develop and deliver training programs on process improvement methodologies and tools
  • Create compelling presentations and business cases, including ROI analyses, to support strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and build models that support informed decision-making
