The BC&P Operating Office serves as the operational engine enabling alignment, velocity, and resilience across the organization at all levels. The BC&P Operating Office is made up of 3 pillars: Strategic Operations, Organizational Operations and Top of House Operations. This particular role sits on the Organizational Operations team and is responsible for leading part of the Well Managed Team. As the Sr. Manager of the Well Managed Team, you’ll be responsible for leading our horizontal support functions, primarily focused controls, automation, and processes. Sr. Managers in Risk Management have a natural passion for managing risk with excellent project, process and analytical skills. They are highly motivated Risk Management professionals with excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills with a high level of exposure to executives across lines of business. Successful Sr. Managers will create and implement innovative solutions to identify and mitigate potential risks to the company. With these skills, they serve as change agents to effectively challenge business leaders on our highest profile risk projects.
