About The Position

At Go Nimbly, we want to be a global thought leader in the RevOps space by developing a badass brand built through innovative work created by individuals with growth mindsets. As a member of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a buying experience that’s both frictionless and human. You will act as a subject matter expert across scoping, discovery, and solutioning—and you’ll lead solution and architecture decisions by considering scalability, trade-offs, best practice, and the latest technology trends. This role is for someone who has expertise in sales operations and can step into any client environment as the strong technical leader, anticipate blockers before they arise, and elevate how teams communicate and execute. This role will operate as a player-coach, balancing direct client delivery with a reduced billable hours target with people management responsibilities. In this capacity, the Sr RevOps Architect will lead a team of direct reports, including Architects, Consultants, and Analysts, providing coaching, guidance, and oversight to support high-quality delivery and team development.

  • You bring deep expertise in solution architecture and can quickly establish credibility as the technical lead on an account.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and core features, with a mature perspective on when to use out-of-the-box features, declarative automation, or code.
  • You proactively anticipate issues and blockers, surface trade-offs early, and translate insights into solutions.
  • You influence and lead internal and external teams, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You can support business cases for technical investment (budget + tooling), tying recommendations back to revenue and strategic outcomes.
  • You confidently push back using data, stories, and experience while maintaining strong partnerships.
  • You’re known for strategic problem solving and your ability to transform how organizations operate.
  • You actively create an inclusive environment that’s welcoming to all, and you’re a steward of company culture, helping iterate on it and holding teams accountable to our values.
