This position is Remote within the United States Job Summary This position is responsible for performing advanced operational and financial analysis, reporting, and metrics as it relates to revenue operations for Henry Schein One. The position will perform complex research and analysis, develop, and implement new reporting and analytics for the revenue leadership team and executives. This role will also provide the revenue leadership team with updates on sales, marketing, and customer experience performance and identify risks in the revenue teams ability to achieve its targets and objectives.

Requirements

  • 6 to 8+ years of experience n terms of any applicable professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics or global equivalent in related discipline
  • Proven experience with financial modeling
  • Proven experience creating and managing a budget
  • Demonstrated experience providing Business Intelligence & Data analysis to C-Suite
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Excel (advanced formulas, modeling, automation), and modern BI tools (Domo, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, pipeline, CAC, GOGS, LTV, conversion funnels, bookings).
  • Proven project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and consultative skills.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills — including the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and navigate challenging conversations when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze core revenue metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and translate trends, risks, performance drivers, and opportunities into actionable insights.
  • Build and deliver executive-level dashboards, presentations, and reports that provide visibility into revenue health, GTM performance, and business drivers.
  • Evaluate sales, marketing, and customer experience performance, providing leadership with meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Identify risks and opportunities across pipeline, bookings, retention, and GTM efficiency; partner with Revenue Operations program management to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Design, implement, and enhance reporting and analytics, leveraging existing tools (Salesforce, Domo, BI platforms) or supporting new solutions as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex reporting issues, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying areas for reporting automation, data-quality enhancements, and scalable operational processes.
  • Support budget creation and financial tracking, including variance analysis and performance monitoring.
  • Lead or support special projects, GTM initiatives, or strategic analyses as required.
