About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic insight within a fast-paced, customer-focused organization. As a Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst-Insights, you will partner with senior leadership to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that enhance customer health, retention, and overall business performance. You will manage and optimize reporting infrastructure, transform complex datasets into meaningful insights, and present findings to executives to inform strategy. The position requires technical expertise, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple stakeholders. You will contribute to shaping scalable processes, mentor junior analysts, and play a key role in supporting Go-to-Market operations with measurable impact. This is a collaborative environment where curiosity and innovative problem-solving are highly valued.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, business)
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics or revenue operations, with increasing responsibility
  • Experience in Cloud and SaaS Go-to-Market operations
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data preparation for analysis, modeling, and visualization
  • Expertise with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
  • Knowledge of statistical methods including time series analysis, cluster analysis, and multivariate analysis
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable solutions

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and evolve reporting infrastructure for the Customer Excellence or Go-to-Market organization
  • Collaborate with leadership to define business questions, challenges, and key performance indicators
  • Lead analytics projects that provide actionable insights to drive retention, customer health, and revenue growth
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to build scalable and repeatable data solutions
  • Mine large datasets, identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and visualize findings for diverse audiences
  • Provide analytical support for commission and territory planning processes
  • Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in analysis and reporting
