About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Research Program Coordinator II with excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate the implementation and evaluation of randomized control trial with multiple follow-up surveys, and observational components, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and grants development for next steps, along with supporting staff who support a larger adolescent-focused research portfolio.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
Five years related experience.

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in related discipline.
Proficient in Excel, RedCap, Qualtrics, engageSpark, or comparable programs.
Experience with behavioral clinical trial procedures.
Prior experience working with fathers or men as part of public health practice with socially disadvantaged population.

Responsibilities

Oversee research protocols and programming.
Collaborate and communicate with principal investigator on research protocols and programming, including IRB and regulatory issues.
Tracking of study visits and completion of study activities.
Oversight remuneration and remuneration tracking.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Guide continuous quality improvement initiatives as part of study implementation and monitoring.
Participate in study meetings.
Contribute to presentations, manuscripts, and reports.
Maintain standard operating procedure manual; onboard and train new study team members.
Other duties as assigned.
