Sr Reliability Engineer-Maintenance
About The Position
As a Sr. Reliability Engineer here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead initiatives to enhance the reliability, availability, and maintainability of chemical plant equipment. This includes developing and implementing strategies for maintenance, analyzing equipment failures, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and a proactive approach to problem-solving You will report directly to our Maintenance Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Geismar, LA location on 9/80 work schedule.
