Job Functions/Duties · Support/promote achievement of Quality goals and performance improvement throughout the organization. · Adhere to ISO: 9000 compliance objectives (where applicable) and ensure that targets are achieved; maintain awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary control issues. · Conducts Dismantle Inspection Failure Analysis (DIFA) of ESP and related equipment to determine failure root cause. · Assists in identification of appropriate corrective actions. · Prepare professional report of DIFA findings. · Familiarity with metallurgy and chemical analysis as applicable to failure analysis of ESP equipment. · Acquire and interpret data from remote surveillance monitoring and from surface equipment history files to facilitate analysis of failures and to promote reliability. · Evaluate applications and well history data to promote efficient application of products and increase run life. · Evaluate and revise as needed technical procedures and recommend revisions to Engineering Standards in support of Quality objectives. · Organize data and prepare technical and management system reports as needed. · Monitor equipment operational performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. · Identify and develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures. · Supports development of localize acceptance tests and inspection criteria in conjunction with Levare Engineering. · Actively participate in and promote the EHS process and determine appropriate remedial action(s) when necessary. · Monitor and participate in the ECN process as required. · Work to solve & communicate any Quality related problems at the service center. · Use advanced communication skills to interact with clients, sales professionals, engineers, and service center personnel. · Observes all safety and security procedures and demonstrates proper use of equipment and material at all times. · Actively promotes HSE awareness and takes action to report/address identified HSE issues. Qualifications/Education Requirements · Proficient computer skills with knowledge of MS Office and/or company specific databases. · Familiar with ISO: 9000 requirements including quality practices and procedures. · Search and locate Drawings, BOMs, MPIs and other product related documents required to support Service Center Operations. · Comfortable reading complex blueprints and customer related drawings. · Extensive experience in the application, trouble-shooting, failure analysis, and assembly / disassembly of the ESP’s. · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field required. · 10+ years of Reliability Engineering or Quality Assurance/Control experience preferred Working Conditions & Physical Requirements · Continuously required to move about the facility · Physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations. · Work is mostly in non-climate controlled environment · Some travel and on call required. · Continuous standing for long periods of time · Exposure to shop and field elements such as noise, dust, odors and temperature variations · Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, hardhat and safety shoes while in shop environment or on job site. · This is a safety sensitive position
